What happened?

The new Dex UI scrolling is broken on phone, it is not doing anything (can't scroll down or up). Please fix it.

Steps to reproduce

1. Open Dex in a Roblox game on the mobile device. (:dex)
2. Try to scroll down/up or click arrows up and down in the scrolling frame.
