Finalize packages from first round of development

Graduated means that:

• The package is on GitHub.
• The package can be installed with a single command.
• The package has basic documentation.
• The package has an extended example (vignette).

All the sites in this list need to upload the video recording of the tutorial where we showcased them. But other than that, most are ready to go!

• bayesian_transmission https://github.com/EpiForeSITE/bayesian-transmission: Needs to address issue R package checklist bayesian-transmission#5.
• epiworld-forecasts: https://github.com/EpiForeSITE/epiworld-forecasts Graduated too! Next step: Focus on the science behind the forecast (improve calibration and use weekly cases instead of daily).
• branching-process: https://github.com/EpiForeSITE/branching_process graduated too! Next step: CRAN.
• epiworldR: Graduated! Already on CRAN and pypy. Next step: Continue adding features/improving -> Work on measles model.
