Issues with Purple and Yellow color with pixel pre processing

Right now we are getting purple yellow signatures from image as extracted signature.
Can we get normal cropped portion from image to use it to match with another signautures.

Hi! The signature is a 2 dimension array, which contains only 2 values, 0 and 255. It's already in black and white. The purple yellow color is just a way to display. You can change the display function.
