My bluetooth device can scan but cannot connected

Using headband_relatime_gui_demo, I try to connect device on windows10 but not connected because MAC address was not found
MAC address is scanned, but why can't I connect?

I cannot reproduce this issue. More detailed information may be needed. Do you know what firmware version your device is running? This can be found in the Flowtime APP.

@yeoyyeoyyyu Hello, we've identified a possible cause of the issue you're experiencing. The device you're using may be the "Flowtime Headband", and the "name" parameter in our demo is set to "Flowtime". You can change the parameter name to match the name of your device or leave it unspecified.
