Issue ROI extraction #9

Dear Embed team,
I have noticed that the ROI_coords appear on the wrong side of the dicom image sometimes.
I have flipped the images with right laterality, but still some ROIs are on the wrong side (both for images with laterality left and right).
In notebook for ROI extraction, it is mentioned that there are columns called DCM_ROI_coords and PNG_ROI_coords, however, I only have column ROI_coords. Is there any way to know if the ROIs correspond to the flipped png images or the dicom?
