This repo shows up as the FIRST search result on GitHub for "cross browser extension boilerplate".

Since it hasn't been maintained in 7 years, this repo should be archived. Unclear though WHO could do this, as none of the repos under the @EmailThis org have been updated in 5+ years, the domain seems bought by an unrelated entity, and @bharani91 seems no longer active (hopefully he's okay now at Resumonk).

GitHub should have a feature to memorialize repos.
