Consolidating UTXOs creates an extra UTXO for channel reserve

Hi, I tried to consolidate ALL UTXOs for my Core Lightning node (24.11.2). I did so by creating a new on chain address and then sending all funds to that address, using the withdraw rpc with Satoshi set to ALL.

The result is 2 UTXOs. One that has nearly all the funds and one that I believe is the channel reserve for Anchor Channels. When sending all funds to a different wallet it makes absolutely to create an output for the channel reserve and send that to ourselves, but when doing consolidation this is not necessary as the funds stay ours.

I'd expect sending all funds to an own address results in a single UTXO.
