invoice_creation event notification should include offer_id when applicable

Including offer_id with invoice_creation event notifications would allow to get something similar to a "waitanyoffer" functionality and be able to immediately determine if an invoice is getting fetched for a tracked offer, instead of having to listinvoices every single created invoice and check for a possibly associated offer_id.
