I'm on Windows and I'm trying to connect to my company's rocketchat.

I enter my login, and the server name and password.

piding shows me "bad username/password"

An idea ?

Does your company use a 3rd party for authentication (eg google/microsoft), or the built-in rocket.chat auth?
