从某一时刻开始无法添加或修改group的标签

「提交过程中出现错误：database/group.md does not match cf29dad80ddad93df62902020fd09c971d3f1119 - https://docs.github.com/rest/repos/contents#create-or-update-file-contents」
这出现在尝试更改任何group:标签时，具体报错哈希值相同

还是Group，提交的时候会提示does not match，再次提交会提示same as database
看了一眼commit history两天前还能正常加新的group，神秘

应该就是这弄坏的，两次提交过近会有问题，这 bug 一直没修好
