Build from source with Pelles C

Anyone tried? So far it's confirmed to build with MinGW-w64 and MSVC. Pelles C is a fairly complete C compiler for Windows. It's a good addition to the list of supported compilers.

Thank you for your suggestion, but this is not the right place for it. Still, if I were to answer the compiler question, this project uses only gcc in the main repo, but you are free to fork and add your own compilers.
