Dark mode

Apparently there is a dark mode support for Win32 but the implementation in https://github.com/ysc3839/win32-darkmode seems to be painful. I even failed to only make the window title bar dark mode compatible using this as my first contribution to the project but wanted to file a bug at least so maybe others can give better hints about this.
