Add Support for Manufacturer and Responsible Person APIs for GSPR Compliance

To comply with the EU's General Safety Product Regulation (GSPR), it is mandatory to include details about the Manufacturer and Responsible Person for products targeting the EU market. This issue requests the addition of support for these mandatory fields in our product API.
