Hello, I installed mysqltuner according to the instructions: https://easyengine.io/handbook/how-to-use-mysqltuner-with-ee4/
It works, but I don't know where to add some suggestions.

Variables to adjust:
    query_cache_size (=0)
    query_cache_type (=0)
    query_cache_limit (> 1M, or use smaller result sets)
    tmp_table_size (> 16M)
    max_heap_table_size (> 16M)
    binlog_cache_size (16.0M)
    performance_schema = ON enable PFS
    innodb_buffer_pool_size (>= 281.4M) if possible.
    innodb_log_file_size should be (=32M) if possible, so InnoDB total log files size equals to 25% of buffer pool size.

Should I create a new .cnf file or edit any files in the directory /opt/easyengine/services/mariadb/conf/conf.d/
I also tried a few ways but not sure if it works. Because after I run mysqltuner nothing changed.
