Torch module not found

Hi!
I keep getting the '' module not found : torch '' error.
However Pytorch 2,2 is well installed in my system python folder. I'm wondering if I have to install pytorch in the blender python folder but I don't know how to do that.
Windows 10,
Python 3.11
Blender 4.0 (portable zip version)
