Training Dashboard ideas

Now that the makie extension (with observables) with support on the backends, specially useful when running things on a server is working we might need a place to discuss ?, so let's use this space if needed to improve or discuss how-to approaches for our training dashboard.

Ok, I started a new dashboard function here: https://github.com/EarthyScience/EasyHybrid.jl/tree/la/dashboard (feel free to test/push to this branch)

Overall the observables updates are getting tedious, we should see if it's possible to abstract away all that into an independent function.

yeah, I'm refactoring the dashboard now, I will see what is missing 😄 !
