Should we install all binaries by default?

An interesting side point was raised when checking NEMO compatibility (see great NEMO instructions here) -- EXP installs a lot of binaries by default that might be seen as over the top for some non-command-line users.

It wouldn't be hard to add another cmake flag to not install these by default, but do we want to do that?

Good question. On reflection, I'm in favor of not installing everything automatically. It's too much. Things to think about:

• pyEXP users probably do not want utils installed. So, perhaps, building and installing utils should only occur if ENABLE_NBODY is on.
• exp users may want the IC generators and possibly the phase-space utilities
• I can imagine a ENABLE_EXTRA_UTILS that defaults to off that separates out key utilities from other utilities. As a coarse first take: utils/Analysis , utils/MSSA , utils/SL, and utils/Test are all extra. Most of the functionaity of the first three are available in pyEXP. utils/Test are examples for developers, so that's definitely extra.
