I ran a test with this grid on Derecho and it dies with runtime error.

This is with the 7acd57424427b2c7c74b99a1b54840b8d1895ee3 hash for add_mizuRoute in CTSM, up to date with ctsm5.3.031
with cesm-coupling.n03_v2.2.0 with small changes to compile.
