Steps to reproduce:
In windows set display to system>display>scale 125%
Open excel and verify row height in an empty workbook is now 14.4 pt
Close excel, Create workbook in epplus with a shape with a size set to 200x200 px.
Save workbook.
Open workbook in excel. The shape is not the expected size as it sets the shape to the correct amount of rows for default row height (15) but the actual pixel size aka the size the user set is now innacurate.
