APIM internal caching isn't available in the Consumption tier #14
Description
According to the course docs we need to use Consumprion plan for API Management.
In an optional task to module 3, we need to implement APIM caching.
Based on azure docs, internal cache is not available in the Consumption tier of Azure API Management.
Another options is to use Azure Cache for Redis but it's not free.
