bug -> zambrano-1 -> mixcript & priority voting

Describe the bug
It seems that some tests fail in the mixcript section because of the priority voting modification.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

1. Run the voting tests
2. A test called "test_white_vote_is_false_tally" fails in the mixcript module

Expected behaviour
All the tests should run correctly

Possible solution (optional)
Debug the current test that is failing as well as the mixcript module.
