[BUG] - SO2 column in summary table can be cut off

The grid column is set to have less width so the user doesn't have to scroll to see the rest of the pollutants.
In a rare case the grid shrinks the columns, therefore causing the time sub column to truncate.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Change the forecast_base_date repeatedly to a different day (keep forecast days consistent)
   This issue appears roughly 1/10 times.
   Make sure each day is different meaning that a brand-new API fetch request is sent.
