Environment variables seem not to work in delete.yaml. This should be added. Then you can delete a specific entity by passing its name with an environment variable to the delete.yaml configuration.
My current example is defining a maintenance-window using environment variables and monaco and afterwards delete the maintenance-window using an environment variable to set the same name.
