As far as I can tell, the only way to update applications installed using the "Install .rpm File" procedure is by manually downloading the updated .rpm file, and manually installing it on top of the old one. Is that so? Using the "Upgrade Box" button doesn't seem to be updating them. Is there a way to have these apps update when using the "Upgrade Box" button?
