[Feature Request] Filesystem watchdog - automatically sync filesystem changes with ddb

Hi!

I'm using DroneDB on top of my NAS photo folder, and I'm adding/removing pictures from my drone with SMB on PC or with my dedicated app on smartphone for my NAS, so I must run manually ddb add / ddb remove comands each time.

It would be nice to add to DroneDB Repository background job for monitoring filesytsem changes and automatically run ddb add / ddb remove commands
