Improved Drag and drop behaviour

It would be helpful if we could drag a directory from windows (or other) file explorer onto the files tab area of a dataset and have the directory created with its contents uploaded without having to manually create the directory first. 

I appreciate its a minimal time saver but would help to align the UI behaviour to modern file manager tools making everything feel more familiar and intuitive.
