Is there somewhere that has a more comprehensive & better maintained/updated list of repos, than droid-ify's builtin/stock list?
Finding the latter, to be a total PITA...

But what do you suggest, how should we do this?

Not exactly, but there could be a way to implement both at the same time, which we can discuss there
