Update to handle the massive changes to pingo v1.00 #100
Description
pingo v1.00 is currently not properly supported due to most of the options being removed and some defaults changed (loseless is now only behind -lossless so default is now lossy).
Will need to make it so it checks your pingo version and uses the correct commands. That or something else.
Regardless, I'll get to it eventually.
