Help migrating Spoolman data from NAS to installation on Proxmox

I have been using Spoolman on my Synology NAS after following the instructions on the mariushosting website.
However I now want to migrate to Spoolman running on Proxmox.

I have looked for a single database: Spoolman.db but there are many files located within the two folders, 'data' and 'db', that I originally created on the NAS.

As a newbie I would appreciate guidance of how to migrate my existing data to the new setup.
