.setup_assistant missing from packages

Thanks for making Python packages available.

I see .setup_assistant files from individual robot packages is missing however it is available in cpp V3 repo and that's building fine by colcon.
Could you please explain if this file has been missed to upload may be gitignored or setup_assistant method is removed from installation?

I see clear error showing it requires setup_assistant to complete the build and its missing from package.

CMake Error at cmake_install.cmake:113 (file):
file INSTALL cannot find

No such file or directory.
