DOD CA truststore was removed

Description

It looks like as part of the move to using the upstream chart format, we removed the resources folder that was in the chart. The folder had a truststore for DOD CA certs and was convenient for configuring Keycloak with CAC auth.

Is it possible we could bring it back?
