postgres version mismatch 15.12

dbchecker was updated to 15.12 but postgresql is still 15.10. Should these both be 15.12?

Keycloak has been converted to the passthrough pattern, so we no longer explicitly specific a dbchecker version - it is provided by the upstream chart .
