The current filters excluded all spells

Describe the bug
When I go to the merchant in npc tab, then choose scrolls/merchants, I keep getting an error when trying to create a spell/scroll/wand.
Pretty sure I'm not doing something wrong but, I keep getting "The current filters excluded all spells"... But everything is enabled... So I have no clue what I'm doing wrong, or if this is a bug.

To Reproduce
Make an npc, choose merchant
enable all, choose either scroll or wand
Get the error

Expected behavior
Makes a scroll or spell

Maybe there is a link with this issue : when I click on the "No checkboxes" or "All checkboxes" button, the rarity filters are not impacted. I guess the rarity filters are not in the query ?
