Format of Responsoria prolixa

I have one simple question: is there a preferred format of Responsoria prolixa in Vespers after the Capitulum?
Since before me introducing the Cistercian version, nobody used them, I'm simply using the format from the Cistercian books, but @mbab's question brought me to realization that they might be used elsewhere too.

Therefore I'd like to ask if there is some need or wish for standardization. Should it look like the Responsory in Matins?

As a sidenote, I don't really like the graphic side of the current Responsory format, where the first invocation is divided and the asterisk lies at the start of the line. That is just ugly, and in the Cistercian books before 1951, no line starts with an asterisk, be it in the Responsory or in a Psalm. But of course, I know that in Roman books this is not the case... And of course, this is not a reason to not to conform to any standard...

I have no objection to whatever format you choose to use for the Cistercian texts.

It could be the case that the formatting is important when it comes to the automatic Eastertide adjustments.
In that respect the natural blueprint would be the responsories in Matins, I guess?
