Feature Request: Require_voice setting working inside built-in VC chats #121

Hello, I hope you are doing well.
My friends and I are avid users of the TTS bot and we experienced an issue with the require_voice setting. If true, it allows people who are not in VC to have their message read by the bot, which we have enabled. However, this feature does not seem to work when people who are not in VC type in the built-in VC chat. It only works in the bot's linked channel, which we rarely use.
Is there any way we could get parity of this feature with the built-in VC chats? My apologies if I am missing a setting that already does this.
