• fix the reactions
• improve the ping command
• not everything needs an embed
• use a proper database

While I agree with a few regarding ping/reaction, embeds look alright for our usage. Flat-file storage was how @RiiConnect24's bot worked for about a year or so until it moved to what's virtually in-memory namespaced key/value via Redis.

All issues have been fixed, besides new database (since its not much of a major issue)

This is relevant I guess, also this is where the actual development discussion will happen. #23 is just to debate on which database we'll use. (Also, tomorrow is the last day for database suggestions!)
