JWT and mobile app plugin.

The JWT Authentication library is now included in the D.T theme.

This means that the app will log in and seem to work without the mobile app plugin installed.

The mobile app plugin takes care of notifications and some extra endpoints.

Do we need to add a check for the mobile app plugin?
