Can I use wasm_bindgen for desktop or mobile?

I have an app using a JS library and wasm_bindgen to call it. Can I also build for desktop and mobile using this setup?

Currently I am getting this error when running dx serve --platform desktop
cannot call wasm-bindgen imported functions on non-wasm targets

Are desktop and mobile wasm targets?

Edit: seems like desktop and mobile are indeed not wasm targets, although the webview is still used.
