Implement the Manage Permissions tab in navigation drawer

Implement the permissions in the permissions tab of navigation drawer. If the permission is granted, then show the switch on. If the switch is turned off, then remove the permission. And notify the user with a message that they wont be able to see the stores with minimum distance if they turn off the location permission.
