2.3.0 Does not display cameras on HA Area Cards

After I upgraded to 2.3.0 all my cameras have stopped showing on the area cards on the home view. The cams show up under the Camera page fine.
Also, the area cards are showing in a single column. Previously they showed in two columns.
The greeting is also showing even though it is configured as Hidden.

Correct. In favor of #189.
If this is an issue for you, I can add a configuration option to the strategy.

Confirmed. This is a bug. I've created issue #201 for it.

Regarding the number of area cards per row. I will make a configuration option for it while taking care of #203.

The greeting is now hidden.
There is one Area (1Has) that is configured as hidden but is showing at the bottom of the stack of areas.

The All Domains section, showControls: false doesn't seem to work.
