Not finding how to " MouseEvents::scrolldown "

I'm trying to scroll down (a small amount, repeatedly) on an element, and I could not find the way to do it even after looking through the docs.

Please help !

I dont see how those work for my purpose, or at least I couldnt get them to..
I dont want to scroll the page to the element (the target element is already in view)
I dont want to scroll the page at all..

I want to apply a "middle button scroll down" (aka mouseevents::scrolldown) input only to the element on the webpage (the element is scrollable)
