FoxIt Reader MUI Version

Hi,
could you please implement the MUI Version of FoxIt Reader. The download File would be at this location: "https://cdn01.foxitsoftware.com/product/reader/desktop/win/2024.2.2/FoxitPDFReader202422_L10N_Setup.msi". Also a Setup Variable "/DISABLEINTERNET" would be nice.
