To disable steam input

How to disable emu's steam input function as a mod is conflicting with it. Configs.app or configs.main ini? and what parameter?

That interface isn't included in the emu source code, only isteaminput, isteaminput001, isteaminput002, isteaminput005. That would be your issue, unfortunately the only way to work around it is to implement it. Which is why you cannot launch your game.
