Pierce speed does not follow setting #2
Description
On slow pierce speeds I have noticed that I cannot slow the speed down any more irrespective of what the pierce speed is set to. I suspect that it is the pre-planner reading ahead and detecting the global feed change issued just prior to the cut moves.
As a trial I will comment out these lines. They are superfluous as each move is created with a feed rate override parameter.
