Enforce "no any" rule with eslint

We need to enforce no any type in the project.

Meaning if a user will type any he will get a linter error.

@naga1914 Just in case you need help, you need to add a new rule to the rules object in the eslint config:
in my other project I do something like
'@typescript-eslint/no-explicit-any': 'error'

If we also dont want to allow implicit any we can add:

"compilerOptions": {
    "noImplicitAny": true
  }

to the config
