Add deepvariant simg and bwa2a img to ref cache

The most common tools to be used willbe deepvariant and bwa2a, might as well save the folks pilling this every time a cluster is built.

ALSO- add clear section in docs on how to patch in cached envs to your own ref buckets if it looks to be helpful.
