[FEATURE] Ghost records in Multi Active satellites

Describe the bug
Ghost records are only getting loaded to satellites and not to multi active satellites when we set enable ghost records to true

Hi, thanks for this report!

This isn't technically a bug as we have only implemented Ghost Records in standard satellites at the moment.

We do plan to add them to the other satellite types in future, so I will leave this open to raise awareness.
