CMAF compliance checks 'cmf2' rules on 'cmfc'

A 'cmfc' file with an edit list or a 'trun' box with version 0 will report an error while it shouldn't.

Spotted as part of WAVE work executed by @nlsdvl . Stream chd1 t61. Let me know what we can share here.
