[BUG] Github Action DX Scanner does not work

Expected Behavior

The Github Action scans the repository.

One of the problems seems to be this file which causes the action to fail straight away during the initial download.

Not sure what is the correct solution.

• Deleting the file would brake the tests
• Creating notExistingMockFile and deleting it before the tests would require re-creating it after the tests and is prone to errors
• Publishing the action in separate repository or branch could solve the issue but is kinda cumbersome
