Commands not working

Hi, I tried to install the plugin onto my server, and I did /help sparktrail and it gave me the command for sparktrail (I can't remember it) and it would not work. It just wouldn't display anything, no error message, nothing. Then I tried to run one of the commands that was in the youtube video (particle swirl I believe) and it said it was an unknown command (I know it wasn't).

Thanks in advance, this plugin will become really popular with mojang's EULA!

After looking in the logs, it turns out the plugin requires Spigot 1.7.2 or earlier while we're on Spigot 1.7.9.

I can't find any version newer than 3.0.0. Any information?
